Suma Gourmet and JBS Australia arranged a Chef’s table at Marina Social, Hotel Intercontinental Dubai Marina. Head chef Will Stanyer prepared a fantastic meat tasting menu consisting of the brands Little Joe, Pinnacle and Riverina.
Little Joe is grass-fed and raised in a free-range environment with a marble score 4+, never exposed to any antibiotics, added hormones, GMOs, or grain feeding.
Pinnacle is grass-fed with marble score 2+ from British and European breeds only from the JBS Farm Assurance Program.
Riverina is a grain-fed minimum of 75%(F2) verified Black Angus from JBS integrated feedlot and processing the facility in southern New South Wales.
